I am searching for an ambitious Architect with creative design flare to join a RIBA-chartered practice in County Durham. The team works across Residential and Commercial projects and always provide a high quality service which exceeds client expectations. The friendly practice assists on projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion.

The successful Architect will have sufficient experience in a UK-based practice and will be comfortable running projects through all RIBA stages. You will be confident liaising with clients and contractors, alongside leading a small team. AutoCAD and Sketchup proficiency is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • Sufficient experience in a UK-based practice post Part 3 qualification

  • Oversee junior members of staff
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe proficient
