Are you an experience Process Development Chemist or R&D Chemist?

Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity to join an expanding team? 

Due to expansion and a growing demand for products, they are looking for a Process Development Chemist to join the team on a permanent, full time basis. 

You will be involved in the synthesis and manufacture of novel organic materials, using analytical techniques such as HPLC and NMR, working within the quality assurance principals and procedures. Utilising your expert chemical knowledge, you’ll deliver on synthetic chemistry programmes by developing, optimising and scaling new processes, furnishing novel molecules that meet our customers key quality attributes.

Who are they looking for?

  • PhD Synthetic Chemistry 
  • Experience of working as a R&D or Process Development chemist in a CRO setting 
  • A good knowledge of practical analytical techniques
  • An expansive knowledge of different synthetic methodologies 
  • Experience of taking products from early development through to proof of concept (mg to kg development)
  • Experience of organic gramme scale organic synthesis would be advantageous
