Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer based in Bishop Auckland to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

Salary - c£48,500 (inclusive of allowances/bonuses)

Responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer include:

  • Install and maintaining all electrical & electro-mechanical plant equipment or machinery
  • Faulting finding and repairs
  • Program Siemens & other programmable logic controllers (PLC’s)
  • Attend breakdowns

We would be keen to speak to Electrical Maintenance Engineers who have the following:

  • 17th/ 18th edition qualified (although training could be provided)
  • Completed an electrically biased hands-on apprentice training programme
  • HNC or HND qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience in heavy industry manufacturing
  • Diagnostics experience of electrical motors and pneumatics
  • Experience and knowledge of PLCs (programmable logic controllers)
