Your Year as an Employment Advisor

  • Utilise exceptional interpersonal and mediation skills to achieve placement targets.

  • Be self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a demanding and emotionally challenging role.

  • Full-time office-based role with rewarding outcomes for those up for the challenge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A 2:1 undergraduate degree or higher.

  • Self-motivation and a target-driven mindset.

  • Resilience and the ability to handle emotionally challenging situations.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and mediation skills.

  • Commitment to full-time office-based work.
