Description
- Financial Leadership: Oversee all financial aspects, ensuring financial stability and compliance.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Management Group to develop and implement strategic financial plans.
- Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, safeguarding the College's assets.
Profile
- CIMA, ACA, or ACCA qualified accountant
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in financial management and strategic planning
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Job Offer
- Up to £60k depending on experience
