Robertson Bell are excited to partner with a brilliant social housing organisation to recruit a permanent Finance Manager. In this role you will be leading in a variety management accountancy, budgeting and financial accountancy duties, whilst also being proactive within the organisation!

In this Finance Manager role, you will:

  • Take ownership within the finance function, covering numerous different responsibilities around management accountancy and budgeting.
  • Work alongside internal stakeholders and maintain excellent relationships to ensure the smooth flowing of financial information.  
  • Manage financial analysis duties and dealing with profitability analysis with regards to the organisation’s external stakeholders.
  • Assist auditors at year end whilst also delving into financial accountancy duties.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience within social housing, making sure to bring a wealth of tenure into this new role.
  • Proven management accountancy experience, being able to handle a plethora of different financial responsibilities.
  • Qualification or finalist status in either CIMA or ACCA.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
