The company is a large organisation based in the North East. They are looking for an Interim Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to come in and steady the ship for the next 6 months managing a team that consists of highly skilled professionals who are passionate about the work they do.
Description
- Oversee the Accounting & Finance department
- Being part of the SLT team, reporting to board
- Drive financial planning and analysis
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
- Ensure financial compliance and regulatory reporting
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management
- Provide leadership on business partnering across teams
- Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions
Profile
A successful Interim Head of FP&A should have:
- A strong background in Accounting & Finance
- Excellent financial planning and analysis skills
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory reporting
- Experience in implementing financial systems and processes
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
