Overview/Company Introduction

Adkins & Cheurfi are proudly expanding our relief chef team. An exciting opportunity for relief chefs to join our division.

As the only specialist hospitality agency in the Northeast, we supply some of the leading names in hospitality and high-end fine dining, Rosette level establishments.

We are collaborating with some top names in Northeast hospitality and due to year on success we are now expanding our division for relief chefs. From high profile weddings, balls, concerts, and festivals, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Role /Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate closely with department heads to strategize and synchronize day-to-day operations, ensuring that standards are not just met, but consistently surpassed.
  • Providing a top culinary experience for events and ensuring high food standards are met.
  • Work alongside wedding & event coordinator in the delivery of weddings and events.
  • Producing high quality food that is appealing on the eye too.
  • Maintaining high kitchen standards and ensuring working areas are clean and tidy.
  • Food preparation.
  • Stock control.
  • Cooking food from scratch using fresh ingredients.

 Salary and Benefits 

  • Rates start from £17 up to £20 per hour
