Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create visually appealing graphics for various projects, including brochures, presentations, social media, and website content.
• Assist in the development of branding materials and ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Design and produce print and digital materials such as flyers, posters, banners, and advertisements.
• Support the creation of visual content for internal and external communications.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our visual identity.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of construction and engineering industry terminology is a plus.
