Our client is seeking an experienced Vinyl Floor Layer for long-term social housing projects in the North East area.
The role involves installing vinyl flooring in kitchens and bathrooms, while ensuring proper loading of materials and equipment.
Candidates must have a CSCS card, own transport, and a full UK driving license, along with asbestos awareness and manual handling training.
Experience in laying vinyl flooring, particularly in wet rooms, is required, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
The salary is negotiable based on experience, and candidates should be flexible with travel across the North East.

Our client is looking for an experienced Vinyl Floor Layer to work on a long-term social housing projects based around the North East area.

Job Description:

Working on a social housing contract
Installing vinyl flooring in kitchens and bathrooms
Ensuring vans are loaded with materials & equipment for projects
Liaising with clients / site managers on project progress
Maintaining correct product coverage rates
Experience in wet room vinyl

Person specification:

Must have CSCS card
Candidates must have own transport and full UK driving license
