This role is about more than just advising—you’ll be getting involved in shaping the business, finding solutions, and leading key HR initiatives. With a workforce that blends long-standing employees with new talent, you’ll help balance traditional ways of working with modern approaches while delivering meaningful HR improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing expert employee relations advice, from absence management to performance and disciplinary matters.
- Partnering with managers and directors, ensuring HR is a trusted and strategic function.
- Coaching and developing line managers through 1-2-1 support and training.
- Leading on recruitment for specialist roles, ensuring the right talent joins the business.
- Driving HR projects related to policy changes, system improvements, and employee benefits.
- Ensuring all HR policies are up to date with employment law and best practice.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven HR experience, ideally at a Senior HR Advisor or Business Partner level.
- Strong employee relations knowledge and the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders.
- A relationship-builder who can gain trust and engage with employees at all levels.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a structured and data-led approach.
- Comfortable working on-site, with the ability to connect with teams across different functions.
- Some HR system experience would be beneficial.
