Key Responsibilities:
- Offer desk-based, remote, and on-site support for technology deployments.
- Serve as the technical expert for triaged service desk tickets.
- Lead the setup and deployment of IT services at new and existing locations.
- Handle hardware requests within assigned areas.
- Develop and sustain knowledge of Microsoft-based networks.
- Diagnose user problems remotely and on-site.
- Participate in software/system testing and review user documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in IT Service Desk and/or ICT 2nd Line Support.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting corporate systems (Windows 10/11, Office 365, etc.).
- Experience in resolving issues over the phone.
- Understanding of ICT support techniques for geographically dispersed sites.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Willingness to embrace new tools and innovation.
