Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer desk-based, remote, and on-site support for technology deployments.
  • Serve as the technical expert for triaged service desk tickets.
  • Lead the setup and deployment of IT services at new and existing locations.
  • Handle hardware requests within assigned areas.
  • Develop and sustain knowledge of Microsoft-based networks.
  • Diagnose user problems remotely and on-site.
  • Participate in software/system testing and review user documentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in IT Service Desk and/or ICT 2nd Line Support.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting corporate systems (Windows 10/11, Office 365, etc.).
  • Experience in resolving issues over the phone.
  • Understanding of ICT support techniques for geographically dispersed sites.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Willingness to embrace new tools and innovation.
