Our client, a well-established law firm in Bishop Auckland, is looking for a friendly, professional, and efficient individual to join their team.
Responsibilities include:
- Typing legal documents and correspondence
- Speaking directly with clients, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Organising diaries and managing appointments
- Using the Land Registry Portal to assist with property transactions
- Handling third-party communications
- Working on a fully electronic case management system
Key skills:
- Audio typing skills
- Prior experience in residential conveyancing is essential
- Confident Communicator
- Able to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines
