An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Solicitor or CILEX / Paralegal within the Private Family team of multi branched firm of solicitors in South Durham.
My clients operate from a number of branch offices through the Durham and Tees area and are a firm with a great reputation and respected.
The successful candidate will be organised, driven and have excellent communication skills. They will have the ability to work independently and as part of team, managing a busy workload, and working to tight deadlines.
Experience working within Family Law is essential, as the successful candidate will be required to run a full caseload of files across a number of sub-categories of Private Family Law including Divorce, Financial Arrangements, Child Arrangements and Domestic Abuse. The caseload will be a mix of private and legal aid work so experience working across both of these is desirable.
