The CompanyOur client is a high-volume manufacturing facility in Stanley, currently undergoing a period of significant investment. As such, they are looking to recruit a hands-on Maintenance Team Lead, to support continued growth and upskilling current maintenance team. The role is working 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (days and nights rotation) and offers a competitive salary alongside company benefits. Excellent opportunity to join an organisation with a positive culture in a senior maintenance role. The RoleReporting to the Engineering Manager, Maintenance Team Lead will be responsible for –- Manage, support, and develop a team of Maintenance Engineers- In-depth root cause analysis to eliminate the reoccurrence of issues- Supporting PPMs across site- Managing breakdowns and ensuring machines are accessible- Liaising with senior management across site to ensure maintenance is a priorityThe PersonMaintenance Team Lead will have –- Experience with people management is essential- Worked within a high-volume manufacturing site in a dedicated maintenance role- Experience coordinating PPMs across a fast-paced site whilst maximising availability of machines- 18th Edition is desirable- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is advantageousIf you are interested in more information and have experience managing/ supporting technicians previously, please get in touch or apply directly.
