Excellent benefits TBD at 1st stage interview stage Marketing Automation Specialist profile: The new Marketing Automation Specialist, proficient in email marketing, CRM and workflow development who embraces marketing automation tactics to drive conversions.Â
Main Responsibilities:Â Â
- Manage and optimise the use of our brand-new marketing automation platform to streamline marketing efforts and improve efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other marketing technologies.
- Develop and manage automated workflows, moving leads through the sales funnel.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that align with business needs and lead generation objectives.
- Conduct A/B tests to optimise campaign performance, including subject lines, content, and call-to-action elements.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of email marketing campaigns and workflows to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Segment and manage automated marketing lists to ensure targeted and personalised email campaigns.
- Analyse customer data and behaviour to inform campaign strategies and identify opportunities for new campaigns and workflows.
- Maintain the integrity of marketing email lists by managing data quality, performing regular clean-ups, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Work closely with content, design, and apprenticeship teams to develop compelling and relevant content for automated marketing campaigns.
- Implement strategies for dynamic content and personalisation to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.
- Develop and implement marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
