Full-Time Personal Assistant

Position: Personal Assistant

Salary: 27,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and honest individual to join our dynamic construction company as a full-time Personal Assistant. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and reliable to provide high-level administrative support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organise daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist with project management tasks and follow-ups.
  • Act as a liaison between the management team and other staff or clients.
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Honest, reliable, and trustworthy with a high level of integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
