What Will You Be Doing?

  • Customer Enquiries: Respond to inbound customer enquiries, providing information and advice about our full range of products and services.
  • Order Processing: Process sales orders and produce invoices.
  • Returns and Credits: Handle the processing and payment of returns and credit notes.
  • Delivery Coordination: Arrange the delivery of customer products via our courier service.
  • Software Installation: Configure and install our specialist software onto devices.
  • Training Requests: Book in customer training requests.

Who Are You?

  • Experienced: Previous experience in an administration role, ideally in sales administration.
  • Customer-Focused: Able to deliver high levels of customer care and adapt to varying customer needs.
  • Organised: Highly organised, able to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Communicative: Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
  • Independent: Able to work on your own initiative and deal with a diverse range of customers confidently and sensitively.
