During those crucial periods between long-term placements, we step in with 24/7 wrap-around support packages until a more suitable arrangement is found.

Our reach extends across the UK, so we're seeking highly flexible support workers who can adapt to various locations and stay for short durations. This opportunity is ideal for those without major commitments at home.

Whether you bring previous experience in working with challenging youth or are a newcomer, we welcome your application. We provide comprehensive training during onboarding for those without prior experience but possess essential qualities, such as understanding, patience, an engaging personality, professionalism, dedication, and adaptability.

We offer competitive weekly pay rates, recognizing the vital role our support workers play. The core responsibilities include ensuring the safety and emotional well-being of the young person, assisting with personal care, organizing activities and outings, attending appointments, cooking, maintaining a tidy home, and participating in staff meetings.
