Requirements:

?? Is registered with Social Work England

?? Has experience of looked after children care

Role Responsibilities:

? Conducting clear, accurate assessments

? Building meaningful relationships with young people, their families and their carers

?Coordinating multi-agency approaches and building positive relationships.

? Manage a caseload effectively, maintaining accurate records and professional reports.
