The role is mainly homebased and travel to sites will be once every few months. The role will involve:- Lead a team of clinical staff- Maintain and enhance ethical governance within contracts- Conduct regular competency reviews, audit clinical work and end of probation meetings- Ensure compliance within company processes including health and safety legislation and SEQOSH- Coordinate all clinical aspects of contract renewal process, ensure seamless renewals and customer retentionTo apply you will need to be an experienced and qualified Clinical Operations Manager with a relevant clinical qualification and managerial experience in a healthcare setting. You will need to have proven leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team of clinical professionals with strong knowledge of clinical governance and quality assurance.
