Spencer & James Recruitmentare seeking a Contracts Manager, with Social Housing Responsive Repairs experience,to join a leading Tier 1 Principal Contractor in South London.
As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee the delivery of a social housing repairs and maintenance contract, by managing a team and ensuringtargets are met for profitability, Health & Safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce company policies and Health & Safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to manage financial outcomes.
- Supervise a team of Supervisors, Planners, Administrators, and Operatives.
- Ensure efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction..
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance Contracts.
- Previous experience as a Contracts Manager overseeing large teams at a Tier 1 Main Contractor.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and commercial management.
- Must hold a valid UK driving license.
