Administration Assistant
15ph, BA12 9HT, Dayshift Monday to Friday, Training, Parking, Temp to Perm, Immediate Start


Due to continued success and expansion plans, the Frome site of a global manufacturing organisation has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join them. You will be providing daily support to the Office Manager, and generalist support with multiple internal departments/managers:


* Processing customer order and intercompany overseas order on SAP, via email and telephone
* Allocating stock for orders, purchasing raw materials when required for Production Team, to ensure no product shortfalls
* Liaising with Sales Team, setting up and amending customer accounts on internal systems, ensuring bespoke customer specifications are correct and present (i.e costings/products)
* Raising purchase order numbers, matching delivery notes with invoices, and highlight and investigating any discrepancies
* Providing generalist administration support to all areas of the business as and when required
We would expect the successful Administration Assistant to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous, be an excellent communicator and have a friendly confident manner. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures, this would be an ideal role if you have worked within Sales Administration, Support Administration or Customer Accounts Administration position, from a production or manufacturing environment.


You will be joining a Frome site of a manufacturing company that has been established for just shy of 150 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field of expertise. Working directly with the Office Manager, this offers variety on a daily basis.
