Morgan Hunt are looking to appoint an Architectural Technician for an immediate contract position.
This is to service Purpose Built Student Accommodation and Build To Rent developments of up to £60m in contract value.The new role
- Using Revit to produce technical drawings
- Stage 4 + Stage 5
- Previous experience of PBSA or BTR schemes in Scotland would be advantageous.
- Revit proficiency
- Strong technical knowledge of current planning & building regulations
- Ability to work well independently
- Is office based.
