Our client seeks a highly driven, motivated individual with experience managing complex projects in a rapidly changing environment, to join them on a permanent basis as a project manager.The Role As a Project Manager, you will manage projects through engineering, procurement, and construction/fabrication phases. You will support the business in delivering its strategic and tactical objectives, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and the company. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project works are executed safely and efficiently, meeting quality, program, and cost objectives.
  • Apply appropriate Health & Safety procedures at all project locations.
  • Operate to company procedures and any specific contract requirements.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to project team members.
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities to project delivery.
  • Maintain good working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate and timely management information and reports.

The Candidate:

  • Minimum degree qualification or equivalent experience in a related technical, commercial, or engineering discipline.
  • Extensive experience in delivering complex projects.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to develop and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide as required.
