Our client seeks a highly driven, motivated individual with experience managing complex projects in a rapidly changing environment, to join them on a permanent basis as a project planner.The Role As Project Planner, you will deliver resourced, robust baseline project schedules and collaborate with Project Teams to produce schedules and reporting data to facilitate successful project delivery. You will support the business in delivering its strategic and tactical objectives, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and the company. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and produce project plans and associated documents and reports.
- Ensure all services and deliverables meet company, client, and project requirements.
- Promote good working relations with the planning team, other project departments, and client representatives.
- Commit to and promote the company's values and ensure the realisation of company and project health, safety, environmental, quality, and ethics systems, policies, and procedures.
Technical Capabilities/Competencies:
- Extensive experience in planning within a construction environment.
- Ability to produce tender programs and present coherent delivery proposals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop good relationships with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and understanding of construction concepts and stakeholder expectations.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and experienced with MSP and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
