Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, and marketing) to create customised solutions based on client specifications
Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue potential clients
Monitor sales performance and create reports on account status and sales forecasts

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Knowledge of the manufacturing process within the point of sale or print industry is essential
Proven track record in account management, in the point of sale industry, or very similar
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
