As an Assistant Management Accountant, supporting effective accounting, reporting, and month-end processes. You'll collaborate with Operations teams, Senior Management, and the Board, serving as the primary contact for cost reporting and variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders and perform variance/trend analysis.

  • Lead month-end processes with the Management Accountant to meet deadlines.

  • Manage Balance Sheet items and refine financial processes.

  • Review P&L costs to identify trends and understand the cost base.

  • Prepare monthly lead schedules and contribute to management accounts.

  • Liaise with operational teams, supporting performance analysis and decision-making.

  • Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and cost control to enhance profitability.

Requirements

  • Finance experience (e.g., Accounts Payable/Receivable).

  • Results-driven, organized, and self-motivated.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus.

  • Working towards an accounting qualification (desirable).
