Corporate Finance Executive

Your new companyA well-established independent firm of chartered accountants and business advisors is seeking a Corporate Finance Executive to join their growing Corporate Finance team. The Strategic Corporate Finance team offers insight-led strategies to ambitious organisations, supporting every stage of their business lifecycle. Services include financial modelling, due diligence, M&A growth, business owner exit strategies, and company valuations. With growing demand, particularly in valuations, this role promises varied and engaging projects. Your new roleYou will assist in overseeing a varied, growing client portfolio and work on a broad range of corporate finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financial modelling and financial advice. You will be involved in scoping out new business opportunities and promoting the firm. You will take the lead on researching market and industry trends for client projects and assist in the preparation of producing business plans. Developing strong relationships internally and with clients is essential for this role.What you'll need to succeedYou will be ACCA/ACA Qualified or in the later stages of your qualification and have experience of being involved in a client-facing role within corporate finance within an accountancy firm. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and be a strong communicator and have technical knowledge in financial modelling.
