An award-winning, high-growth business based in Blackburn, is seeking a Financial Controller to join their business and be in sole charge of the accounting function of the North West division which covers 6 small sites across Lancashire and North Manchester. The successful candidate will lead the financial controls to support the Managing Director and CEO.

Competitive salary circa Ā£55,000 - Ā£65,000 pa (negotiable)

Your new role as Financial Controller

ā€¢ Overseeing the cash flow management, management accounts and the financial reporting

  • Manage accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and tax

Compliance

ā€¢ Monthly reporting and managing financial controls

ā€¢ Hands-on transactional accounting duties

ā€¢ Maintaining detailed cashflow report to enable the company to effectively manage its cash balanceā€¢ Stakeholder management, liaison with local authorities and non-financial managers across 6 sitesā€¢ Support the Managing Director and CEO in strategic growth initiativesā€¢ Oversee the expansion of their property portfolio across various regionsā€¢ Assist with preparation of year-end annual accounts ā€¢ Corresponding with HMRCWhat you'll need to succeed

Car owner / Driver (Mileage expenses paid)
