- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- A track record in the Real Estate, Construction, Property Investment, or Housebuilding sectors.
- Strong proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks).
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience in team management and fostering a collaborative environment.
