Financial Controller - Permanent - Blackburn (Hybrid) - Up to £80,000 + Bonus

IN2 Consult have an exciting opportunity to work with a global organisation based in Blackburn on a permanent basis. They go into the office 4 days per week and work remotely one day per week.

The duties of the Financial Controller role include:

Leading, mentoring and developing a medium sized finance team which consists of a blend of part qualified and qualified finance professionals
Managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Identifying areas that could be improved and implementing process improvements

The successful Financial Controller will:

Be fully qualified in ACA, ACCA or CIMA
Have experience of managing medium sized finance teams
Have at least 5 years PQE
