I am currently seeking a talented and driven Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join a rapidly growing retail/healthcare business based in Blackburn for a 9 month maternity cover. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting Support: Help Senior Financial Accountants with monthly management accounts.

Business Performance Monitoring: Produce and report monthly management accounts for strategic decision-making.

Budget Creation and Oversight: Create group budgets and consistently report on performance.

Financial Communication: Explain financial performance to all JVP entities and Amplify sub-departments.

Year-End Support: Assist the Finance Director with year-end statutory accounts.

Audit Readiness: Develop and maintain financial processes to prepare for external audits.
Requirements:

Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting

Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modelling and ERP systems is a plus
