- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and interpret financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide actionable insights into the organisation's financial performance.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead financial management tasks, including budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior accountants, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team performance.
- Compliance & Integrity: Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations and internal policies while maintaining accurate records.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to support business initiatives with sound financial planning and analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct audits of financial processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and efficiency.
- Part or Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA) or QBE or currently studying towards a finance qualification
- Proven track record in management accounting within commercial real estate, construction, property investment, or house building.
- Proficient in accounting systems - Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero
- Strong understanding of financial management principles, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders clearly and effectively.
