Our well-known client based in Blackburn is currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team. This stand-alone role is varied, covering both credit control and sales ledger.

Duties include:

  • Full autonomy for credit control and sales ledger
  • Working proactively to deal with queries to ensure prompt payments
  • Ensure customer accounts are up to date and ensure payments are regularly received in accordance with agreed terms
  • Produce sales ledger invoices ensuring accuracy
  • Set and monitor payment agreements for customers
  • Maintain tight processes and procedures within credit control
  • Any other duties that fall under the credit control and sales ledger department

You need to have a number of years credit control and sales ledger experience to be considered for this role. You must also be organised, have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to prioritise your own workload and be a good team player.

In return you will be paid an above average salary, have 22 days holiday plus bank holidays plus your birthday, option to work from home 2 or 3 days per week, private medical insurance, good pension and other excellent perks.
