What you’ll do as Assistant Accountant:
- Set up and manage recurring customer accounts and process invoices using cloud based software
- Review and process monthly customer billings bills/disbursements
- Reconcile bank statements for multiple ledgers, monitoring cash payments and update accounting systems
- Upload incoming purchase invoices electronically and file safely
- Raise credit notes
- Assist with payroll processing and post payroll-related entries
- Prepare supplier payments for approval and ensure accuracy
