Your new company
A leading construction company are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to work within their open office team. This company are search for a confident communicator who is professional, able to work well under pressure and contribute within a small team.
This role is office-based in Blackburn, Lancashire, offering tailored working hours and career progression, along with free access to the onsite gym. Standard working hours are Monday - Friday; 0:00am - 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch. There can be some flexibility around this if required for the right candidate.

Your new role
As Office Administrator you will be expected to support the wider office team, which will include receptionist duties, meeting and greeting clients, answering calls, emailing, filling, updating spreadsheets and important documentation.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you must have excellent verbal/ written communication skills and have a pleasant, friendly tone over the phone to clients and customers, and overall have a good team work ethic.
You must have the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively and a good understanding of technical and IT skills, particularly when it comes to database management and spreadsheets, whilst also possessing an eye for attention to detail.
