A finance company based in Blackburn, Lancashire, is looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team due to business expansion. As they seek an experienced Administrator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service. They offer training in the Asset Finance industry, supporting SME growth in the UK. Working pattern is Monday to Friday 09:00am - 05:00pm with hybrid working after probation.
Your new role:
As Operations Administrator your duties will include and may not be limited to:
- Preparing and prioritizing payouts of finance opportunities.
- Sign transactions within delegated time frames.
- Support colleagues in other administration teams as needed.
- Assist in training and supporting colleagues.
- Work closely with the Payout Manager/Team Leader.
- Perform other duties as required.
What you need to succeed:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Confident in written and telephone communication.
- Hardworking, punctual, and positive attitude.
- Previous administration experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
