A finance company based in Blackburn, Lancashire, is looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team due to business expansion. As they seek an experienced Administrator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service. They offer training in the Asset Finance industry, supporting SME growth in the UK. Working pattern is Monday to Friday 09:00am - 05:00pm with hybrid working after probation.

Your new role:

As Operations Administrator your duties will include and may not be limited to:

  • Preparing and prioritizing payouts of finance opportunities.
  • Sign transactions within delegated time frames.
  • Support colleagues in other administration teams as needed.
  • Assist in training and supporting colleagues.
  • Work closely with the Payout Manager/Team Leader.
  • Perform other duties as required.

What you need to succeed:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Confident in written and telephone communication.
  • Hardworking, punctual, and positive attitude.
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
