Job title: Part time Administrator
Location: Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital Blackburn BB2 3HH
Contract length: 6 months initial contract to extend
Work hours: Half day Tuesday morning, Full day Thursday and Friday OR
Week 1 - Full day Monday and Tuesday, Week 2 Full day Wednesday, Thursday, Friday then repeat
Pay Rate: £11.44/hour PAYE
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Part time Administrator on behalf of a well established Facilities Management company.
In this role you will log work to in-house systems and then liaise with engineers and subcontractors to progress each job to completion. Some other duties include;

Generate purchase orders for quoted works, PPM materials, tooling and calibrations against engineer cost centres using purchasing system Coupa.

Liaise with Contract Managers, Supervisors and Planning Team to schedule/assist arranging Equans labour and Subcontractor attendance.

Invoice and credit approvals - Quality checking invoice/credit for correct and matching information, dispute discrepancies with subcontractor or suppliers. Chase appropriate parties for supporting information if not in place.

Liaise with Contract Managers and Supervisors to effectively deal with subcontractor/supplier invoicing queries escalating issues where necessary to the Management team, and etc
Requirements for this position:

Previous experience within Administration

Prior experience of CAFM systems (Coupa, ELogs & Planon) advantageous but not essential

Strong IT skills including full range of Microsoft applications
