Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Part time Administrator on behalf of a well established Facilities Management company.

In this role you will log work to in-house systems and then liaise with engineers and subcontractors to progress each job to completion. Some other duties include;

  • Generate purchase orders for quoted works, PPM materials, tooling and calibrations against engineer cost centres using purchasing system Coupa.

  • Liaise with Contract Managers, Supervisors and Planning Team to schedule/assist arranging Equans labour and Subcontractor attendance.

  • Invoice and credit approvals - Quality checking invoice/credit for correct and matching information, dispute discrepancies with subcontractor or suppliers. Chase appropriate parties for supporting information if not in place.

  • Liaise with Contract Managers and Supervisors to effectively deal with subcontractor/supplier invoicing queries escalating issues where necessary to the Management team, and etc

Requirements for this position:

  • Previous experience within Administration

  • Prior experience of CAFM systems (Coupa, ELogs & Planon) advantageous but not essential

  • Strong IT skills including full range of Microsoft applications
