A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operational Quality Lead to join an automotive business who specialise in commercial vehicle modifications.

This role focuses on embedding a strong culture of quality and high standards across the organisation. Working closely with the Quality Manager, you will be instrumental in reducing customer complaints and internal issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Review, update, and create quality documentation to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to enhance efficiency and minimise defects.
  • Provide audit support and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and customer quality concerns.
