If you are looking to move into a new role where you're able to succeed and develop this is the perfect opportunity for you - with study support offered (AAT/ACCA) there is no better time to join and grow alongside the business!

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a proactive approach to debt collection to achieve targets.
  • Accurately record all chasing activities and payment promises.
  • Seek guidance from your team leader to address issues effectively.
  • Occasionally assist with the workload of other team members.
  • Continuously improve the number of days debts remain overdue.
  • Eliminate non-value-added tasks from your daily activities.
  • Manage and monitor the setup of new customer accounts, including setting and controlling credit limits.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues.
  • Handle your portfolio of accounts, ensuring debts are collected according to company policy.
  • Escalate issues promptly when necessary.
  • Collaborate with operational teams across the Group.
  • Assist managers with ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Communicate and present information to key stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Credit Control/Accounts Receivable.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is beneficial but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Fluency in French or German is a plus but not necessary.
