The Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate pricing and technical assessments for client's glazing systems.
Your responsibilities will include but won't be limited:
Technical Review of Enquiries, considering
- Initial thermal and structural checks
- Building Regulations compliance (Parts B, F, K, L, M, Q)
- Specification & aesthetic requirements
- System selection, glass, and panel choices
Estimating & Quotation Process
- Scheduling windows/screens for pricing
- Processing quotations using pricing software
- Compiling and submitting qualified quotations
- Following up with customers to maximise conversions
Customer & Sales Support
- Providing technical guidance and specification advice
- Managing and maintaining your individual sales pipeline via CRM
- Monthly reporting on enquiries and pipeline performance
 What We're Looking For
- Technical mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Understanding of Building Regulations (preferred)
- Knowledge of the construction market (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Ability to work independently & within a team
- Excellent communication & IT skills
- Organised, proactive, and deadline-driven
Shift and pay
- 8-hour shift | Monday - Friday
- On-site role based in Blackburn
- Full-time | Salary: between £26000 & £31,000 depending on experience and skillsÂ
