The Role  

Responsible to the Head of Student Services for the delivery of careers education, information, advice and guidance to prospective, current and past students. You will work with students to deliver high quality IAG on course and learning options, career decision making and employability skills. Using your professional expertise and guidance techniques, you will guide students to set aspirational goals and increase motivation to achieve positive destinations at the end of their studies. You will also work in partnership with other staff, students, parents, employers and other stakeholders to ensure individuals are fully supported in exploring a wide range of options for their future.
