Area Sales Manager - Kitchens into Buiders Merchants

Area - North West & Yorkshire

The Role of Area Sales Manager - Kitchens

  • This is a field / home based role. As Area Sales Manager, you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of National Builders Merchants and independent Builders Merchants.
  • This is a consultative role here you will be supporting customers with showroom, designs / displays as well as educating them on latest trends etc.
  • As Area Sales Manager, you will grow and develop revenue through existing accounts as well as new customer acquisition.
  • The contact level is Branch Managers, Owners (of Independents) and Showroom Managers.
  • The split is approx 80% account management / growth and 20% opening new accounts with independent merchants.
  • Representing a leading brand with strong pre-exisiting relationships

The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager - Kitchens

  • Experience ideally in Kitchens (but we will also consider applications from KBB and construction products).
  • It is essential that you have experience selling into Builders Merchants
  • Applications from Area Sales Managers' that have worked for a Builders Merchant that want to progress to a a leading manufacturer will also be welcomed.
