- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to sales team, helping them achieve individual and team goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Monitor customer performance and proactively identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling additional services.
- Perform regular reviews and one to one’s.
- Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role
- Extensive experience in B2B sales, consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- This role is fully office based in a great work setting very close to the motorway
- A basic salary of £50,000 per annum plus commission with a realistic OTE or circa £60k per annum but this is uncapped!
- 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays increasing with service

- Monday – Friday 8:45am-5:15pm but on a Friday the team can usually be found out of office from around 4:30pm ish ??
