Starting January we are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistants to work across schools in Blackburn with Darwen, within a supply setting.
What You'll Do:
- Help create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young pupils.
- Implement creative and age-appropriate activities that make learning enjoyable.
- Collaborate closely with the teaching team to provide seamless support.
- Encourage children's development and growth.
- Maintain toys and play equipment, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning space.
What You'll Bring:
- A passion for working with young children and a love for creating a positive learning environment.
- Experience working with young people, ideally in a nursery setting.
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent qualifications.
- Comfort and confidence in managing challenging behavior.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
