Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to join our team on a permanent basis in Blackburn. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee a range of electrical projects, including lighting and electrical installations, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver electrical projects from conception through to completion.
  • Oversee all electrical installations, with a particular focus on lighting and installation.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and relevant electrical standards.
  • Organising and liaising with clients, subcontractors & suppliers
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
  • Supervise and mentor electricians and on-site teams ensuring all personnel are suitable.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to testing, inspection, and project progress.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • NICEIC Approved Contractor.
  • City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification.
  • Extensive experience in lighting and electrical installations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willing to travel within the UK when required.
