About the Company
Our client is a highly regarded M&E contractor that operates across the UK, providing mechanical and electrical services to a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education, industrial, and commercial. With a reputation for delivering high-quality installations, they handle projects ranging from £250K to £6M in value. Their service offering spans from design and construction to installation and ongoing maintenance, ensuring that they meet the complex demands of their clients.
Due to continued success and business growth, they are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join their team, overseeing large-scale mechanical projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of mechanical projects, from initiation through to completion.

Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations and timelines.

Ensure all mechanical installations meet relevant standards, regulations, and client specifications.

Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, providing updates to management and stakeholders.

Work on a variety of projects within sectors such as healthcare, education, and commercial, with project values up to £6M.

Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Mechanical Project Manager role within the building services or engineering sector.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and project management, particularly in large-scale commercial or industrial environments.

Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and managing multiple projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
