About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with expertise in primary steel design and steel-to-steel connections. This role will involve hands-on project work, with a strong emphasis on working directly with clients to deliver innovative and efficient design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of primary steel structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Manage steel-to-steel connection detailing and analysis.
- Act as a client-facing engineer, handling inquiries, providing technical support, and building relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in structural engineering, with a focus on primary steel design and steel connections.
- Strong client-facing experience, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in relevant design and engineering software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Professional Engineering (PE) certification preferred.
