About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with expertise in primary steel design and steel-to-steel connections. This role will involve hands-on project work, with a strong emphasis on working directly with clients to deliver innovative and efficient design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of primary steel structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage steel-to-steel connection detailing and analysis.
  • Act as a client-facing engineer, handling inquiries, providing technical support, and building relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in structural engineering, with a focus on primary steel design and steel connections.
  • Strong client-facing experience, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in relevant design and engineering software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Professional Engineering (PE) certification preferred.
